DimoPhoto is the creative outlet for the Doctor who put down his Stethoscope to pick up the Camera.
A lifelong extreme sports enthusiast and professional photographer based in Orange County, California. With a background in Medicine, Sports and Photography, Mark combines technical expertise with an insider’s understanding of what makes an incredible shot. His work has taken him to some of the most challenging environments, from remote mountain ranges to exotic surf spots, where he captures athletes at their peak performance.
Mark's approach is all about connection—he works closely with each client to understand their goals and ensure the final product exceeds expectations. At DimoPhoto, it’s not just about taking pictures; it’s about creating art that resonates with both the athlete and the viewer.

When not shooting, Dr. Mark is the Visual Arts Coordinator for Orange County Children’s Therapeutic Arts Center, providing Therapeutic and Creative Art Enrichment for Neurotypical and Neurodivergent Special Needs Children.

For the past 20 years I have shot for several clients, with many blue chip brands featured here. My specialty has always been Spot News Photojournalism, Sports, Travel Editorial, and Lifestyle Features.
My focus has been on making an impact in the Surfing World by working with the movers and shakers that ushered the Surfing Subculture within the Philippine Islands.
I took a break from Travel Journalism and Commercial Photography to return to my Therapeutic roots and to raise a family. Now that the kids are old enough to practice competitive sports, it was like second nature to pick up the camera, all over again.
